Description
Recently renovated two-story townhouse in the Urbanisation Capistrano Village. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. From the living room, you can access a large terrace. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine on the upper floor. Each bedroom has a small balcony. Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. Free WiFi. TV with a wide selection of national and international channels. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave.There are several swimming pools in the urbanization and one of them is open all year round. There is also a small supermarket and restaurant in the same urbanization. The urbanization is located about 2 km from Burriana Beach and the center of Nerja. Parking is available in the urbanization itself, and there is also a local bus to go to the center of Nerja.
